Driven by her mission to advance the careers of female professionals, Naomi plays a central role in formulating our dynamic and ever-evolving D&I strategy as the co-founder of The Inclusion Factory. Her talent lies in galvanising people into action through her enthusiastic and engaging implementation of our vast repertoire of leadership programmes and workshops. With her passion and commitment, Naomi strives to forge long-trust relationships with clients (current and potential), which is founded upon her synergistic command of solid D&I knowledge, organisational and cultural dynamics, as well as a results-oriented mentality.

Background

Naomi has a Law degree from The University of Groningen and an Executive Masters in Coaching, Consulting and Change Programme (EMCCC) from INSEAD. Her well-received research study, “Creating Male Champions of High-Potential Women” exploration of the Psychodynamic Factors that influence the Outcomes of Cross-Gender Sponsorships”, completed as part of EMCCC, constitutes the foundation of The Inclusion Factory’s  work in cross-gender sponsorships.

Prior to co-founding The Inclusion Factory, Naomi held various commercial roles at Heineken N.V. Her 14 years stint at Heineken took her across Europe, West Africa, Asia, and the South Pacific.

Naomi was a keynote speaker at the “Gender Equity Conference 2018” in Hong Kong. She is also a member of the jury of the “Young Talent Award” and “Inspiring Fifty in The Netherlands” — an initiative to highlight women driving the tech industry in the Netherlands.
